Property Photographer & Videographer with Floor Planning

About the role

Join a respected independent estate agency in Holloway, North London as a Property Photographer, Videographer and Floor Planner Specialist. You will create high‑quality visual content that showcases residential properties across all marketing channels, helping to maximise enquiries and support sales and lettings teams.

Key responsibilities

• Photograph residential properties to a professional standard.
• Produce property videos, virtual tours and other visual media.
• Create accurate floor plans for each listing.
• Edit photographs and videos using industry‑standard software.
• Upload and manage media on property portals and internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Lettings teams to ensure timely marketing.
• Maintain your own diary and appointments across multiple branch locations.
• Ensure equipment is serviced and presentation standards remain high.
• Support social‑media and digital marketing content when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property photography and videography.
• Proven ability to produce accurate floor plans.
• Strong photography and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar editing tools.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional, personable demeanor when meeting clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy diary.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
