Property Sales Advisor

About the role

We are building a brand‑new property sales team in Newcastle upon Tyne for a well‑established real‑estate group expanding into the region. As a Property Sales Advisor you will be one of the founding members, responsible for generating new seller enquiries and guiding them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for new seller enquiries, responding promptly and maintaining a warm, personal interaction.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with confidence and professionalism, building rapport quickly.
• Use structured questioning to uncover each customer’s situation, motivation and timescale.
• Present the appropriate property solution, address objections and move prospects toward a signed offer.
• Achieve one of three outcomes for every qualified opportunity: a signed offer, a handover to the Closing Team, or referral to another relevant product.
• Proactively follow up prospects and past enquiries via phone, email and other channels, maintaining an organised pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the Closing Team to ensure smooth handovers and shared results.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably phone‑based and high‑volume.

• Base salary £30,000‑£35,000 per year plus uncapped commission (average OTE £50,000+).
