Property Sales Manager – North London

About the role

Join a well‑established independent estate agency in North London as a Property Sales Manager. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, win new instructions and grow the branch’s market share while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a successful property sales team.
• Conduct market appraisals and secure new property instructions.
• Generate new business through prospecting, canvassing and referrals.
• Drive branch profitability and achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate offers and support the sales progression process.
• Build long‑term relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses.
• Coach and mentor negotiators to maximise performance.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure branch objectives are met.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Target‑driven with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence.
