Property Services Team Leader - Electrical

About the role

Raven Housing Trust is seeking a Property Services Team Leader – Electrical to ensure safe, compliant electrical services across its social housing portfolio. You will lead a team of electricians, manage NICEIC accreditation and support larger electrical projects while delivering high‑quality repairs and installations.

Key responsibilities

• Line‑manage and supervise a team of electricians delivering planned and responsive electrical services for social housing and commercial works.
• Maintain full compliance with NICEIC standards through regular audits of lighting, fire alarms, door entry systems and corrective actions.
• Lead bi‑weekly audits of vans, sites and contractors to improve safety and service quality.
• Support surveyors and the Electrical Manager in planning and delivering larger electrical projects, ensuring resources, timelines and quality.
• Develop staff capacity through 1:1s, appraisals and training plans to meet compliance and service standards.

Required profile

• Relevant electrical qualifications such as C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or C&G 2330 Parts 2 & 3 (or equivalent).
• Experience in line‑managing electricians and delivering electrical services in a housing or similar environment.
• Proven ability to manage NICEIC accreditation and ensure ongoing compliance.
