Property Viewing Guide (Part‑time, Zero‑hours)

About the role

Bidwells is looking for enthusiastic Viewing Guides to showcase homes across Oxford and surrounding villages. You will lead property viewings, tailoring each tour to the client’s interests and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional, engaging property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.
• Highlight key features and benefits of each property, adapting the approach to individual client needs.
• Represent the Bidwells brand and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Provide clear, timely feedback to Residential Negotiators after each viewing.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service or client‑facing experience.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence engaging with a wide variety of people.
• Organisational skills, punctuality and reliability.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
