Protection Administrator – High Net Worth Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Protection Administrator to join a leading high‑net‑worth financial services provider in London. Working hybrid (three days in the office), you will support a team of skilled Protection Advisers handling complex life insurance and inheritance tax planning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing protection plans and related documentation.
• Research and support client recommendations for protection solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, policy details and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Prepare reports and summaries for client meetings and departmental reviews.
• Manage cases through to policies being on risk, keeping them on track.
• Provide clear, regular updates to clients on case progression.
• Handle general administrative duties such as diary management, appointment scheduling, meeting bookings and note‑taking.

Required profile

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to detail in documentation and record‑keeping.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced environment and changing priorities.

Required skills

• Whole‑of‑Market life insurance administration experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific software for protection case management.
