Protection Advisor – Home Based, Uncapped Earnings

About the role

This home‑based Protection Advisor position is with a directly authorised mortgage brokerage. You will focus on self‑generated protection business, aiming to write over £40,000 gross income per annum with uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide protection advice and solutions to clients.
• Generate new business through your own network and methods.
• Utilise the company’s sourcing software and in‑house CRM system.
• Collaborate with mortgage advisors to receive protection case referrals.
• Maintain compliance with in‑house support and adhere to regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering protection advice.
• Existing business plan or network capable of generating sales.
• Willingness to work independently and self‑motivate.
• Open to being considered even if previously struggled to gain authorisation with other networks.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sourcing software for lead generation.
