Protection Advisor – Mortgage Brokerage

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to join a leading mortgage brokerage. You will work with existing customers whose mortgage deals are nearing expiry, providing warm leads and the chance to deliver expert protection advice.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to review and enhance their protection arrangements.
- Provide tailored protection advice that meets individual needs.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Work towards or complete CeMAP 2 & 3 qualifications with full company support.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a protection adviser.
- CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent).
- Confident communicator with a talent for identifying protection opportunities.
- Excellent relationship‑building abilities.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive basic salary of £27,000 per year.
- On‑target earnings up to £45,000, with potential to reach £60,000 through commission.
