Protection Case Manager – HNW Financial Services

About the role

This position supports a team of senior Protection Advisers delivering complex life‑insurance and inheritance‑tax planning for high‑net‑worth clients. Working in a hybrid model (three days onsite), you will ensure cases progress smoothly from initiation to policy issuance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing protection plans and related documentation.
• Conduct research to underpin client recommendations on protection solutions.
• Maintain accurate client, policy and correspondence records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Produce reports and summaries for client meetings and departmental reviews.
• Manage case‑by‑case tasks until policies are on risk, including diary management, appointment scheduling and note‑taking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in whole‑of‑market life‑insurance administration.
• Strong organisational ability with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
