Protection Consultant – IFA (Hybrid, Swindon)

About the role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and engaging candidates to join our Distribution team. This exciting opportunity is to be a Telephone Protection Consultant (BDM) within Zurich’s ambitious Distribution team, building relationships with intermediary adviser firms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage remote relationships with intermediaries to promote Zurich’s protection products and grow market share.
• Demonstrate an understanding of intermediary business models, their aspirations and how Zurich can partner with them.
• Maintain product knowledge and apply it during structured sales calls and virtual meetings.
• Contribute to the overall performance of a growing organisation.
• Be part of a supportive, fun, and challenging team with ambitious growth targets.

Required profile

• Energetic, impactful candidate with a desire to succeed in a supportive but challenging environment.
• Strong communication skills, able to meet the individual needs of advisers and customers.
• Confidence to network and build relationships remotely.
• Ability to cope with varying workloads and priorities.
• Effective organisational and planning skills; self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
