Provisioning Team Leader – 6‑Month Contract (IR35)

About the role

We are seeking a Provisioning Team Leader for a 6‑month contract (inside IR35) to manage a busy operational environment in New Milton. The role combines team leadership, equipment configuration, testing and dispatch, ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Provisioning Technicians.
• Allocate workloads and manage day‑to‑day operational priorities.
• Oversee configuration, testing and quality checking of customer equipment.
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy and asset tracking.
• Ensure equipment is packed, documented and dispatched correctly.
• Act as a key point of contact between operational teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify process improvements and resolve operational issues.
• Promote a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

Required profile

• Experience in technical provisioning, IT asset management, deployment, warehouse or logistics environments.
• Previous leadership, supervisory or team coordination experience.
• Experience managing inventory, stock control, asset tracking or dispatch processes.
• Understanding of hardware configuration, device setup, testing or troubleshooting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
