Proxy Voting Team Leader / Supervisor

About the role

Man Group is looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented professional to lead its Proxy Voting team. The role blends strong technical operational expertise with day‑to‑day oversight, ensuring high‑quality voting outcomes for the firm’s investment accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end proxy voting activity across Man Group’s accounts, processing ballots accurately and on schedule, especially for complex or time‑sensitive events.
• Provide supervision, guidance and training to the proxy voting team, allocate workload and conduct quality reviews.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on proxy voting platforms such as Glass Lewis, handling platform administration, troubleshooting and onboarding of new users.
• Monitor voting workflows, identify bottlenecks or risks and implement improvements to maintain data‑quality standards.
• Serve as senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting governance and continuous improvement of the function.

Required profile

• Motivated and detail‑oriented individual.
• Strong technical operational expertise in proxy voting processes.
• Ability to provide day‑to‑day oversight, guidance and support to a team.
• Experience acting as a senior liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with proxy voting platforms, preferably Glass Lewis.
