PSV Mechanical/Electrical Technician – £53k, 4 on/4 off

About the role

We are seeking experienced PSV technicians to join the engineering team at our West Drayton depot. The role offers a competitive £53,000 salary, a 4‑on/4‑off shift pattern and the chance to work with a modern fleet of passenger vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on PSV vehicles.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical or electrical faults efficiently.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections in line with manufacturer and company standards.
• Ensure all work complies with DVSA regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Accurately complete maintenance records and job documentation.
• Collaborate with the wider engineering team to minimise vehicle downtime.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) – essential.
• Previous experience working on PSV, HGV or other commercial vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding abilities.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
