About the role
This full‑time position is for a recent Psychology graduate who will provide one‑to‑one support to pupils with special educational needs in a specialist school in Reading. The role offers hands‑on experience with children facing autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and mental‑health challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver tailored 1:1 support to pupils across a range of additional needs.
- Create a structured, positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils academically and emotionally throughout the school day.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and specialist staff.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Psychology.
- Strong interest in educational or clinical psychology, counselling or SEN education.
- Willingness to start as soon as possible and work on‑site in Reading.
