Psychology Graduate – SEN Support (Temp-to-Perm)

About the role

We are seeking a recent Psychology graduate with a passion for supporting vulnerable children. You will work one‑to‑one with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the Gravesend area, helping them build confidence and achieve their potential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to children with SEN, including autism, SEMH, behavioural needs, ADHD, and speech‑language difficulties.
• Assist in teaching assistant duties and cover supervision in secondary schools as required.
• Collaborate with school staff to implement tailored interventions and monitor progress.
• Participate in training and CPD opportunities to deepen SEN expertise.

Required profile

• Graduated with a degree or master’s in Psychology within the last three years.
• Genuine desire to work with children who have SEN.
• Willingness to undertake a DBS check.
• Open to both SEN Teaching Assistant roles and cover supervision positions.
