Psychology & Sociology Teacher (KS5) – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Psychology & Sociology Teacher to join a modern secondary school in Enfield. The role starts in September and is full‑time, focusing on delivering KS5 lessons with marking responsibilities but no curriculum planning.

Key responsibilities

• Teach KS5 Psychology and KS5 Sociology lessons to secondary students.
• Mark student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Cover additional subject areas when required.
• Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Contribute to the school’s inclusive and multicultural ethos.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous experience teaching Psychology and Sociology at secondary level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, engaging teaching style with strong classroom management.
