About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Psychology Teacher to join secondary schools in West London. The role can be full‑time or temporary, offering flexibility for both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their career.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Psychology lessons to Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical and research skills through dynamic classroom activities.
- Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality lessons that drive academic progress.
- Assess student work, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school where appropriate.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Psychology in UK secondary schools.
- Strong subject knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for Psychology.
- Excellent classroom management and communication abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
