About the role

We are looking for an experienced Public Law Solicitor to join our client’s team in Bolton. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of care and public law matters, delivering high‑quality legal advice from instruction through to conclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of care and public law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Undertake advocacy in court where appropriate.
• Work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
• Support the supervision and development of the public law team.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues as required.
• Maintain high standards of client care and legal practice.

Required profile

• Experience in public law, particularly care proceedings.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
