Public Relations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to support Luca Faloni’s brand communications, campaigns and PR initiatives. Based in Kensington, London, the role works hybrid with flexible start times and a Friday home‑office option. Reporting to PR Management, you will help bring the luxury menswear brand to life through the coordination of campaigns, launches, events and media activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand activations.
• Organise and deliver brand events, photoshoots and other experiential activities.
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules and deliverables, ensuring all assets are prepared on time.
• Prepare presentations, briefing documents and supporting materials for campaigns.
• Liaise with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Support the execution of the PR strategy across key markets, including media requests and press release preparation.
• Maintain media, journalist and influencer contact databases and monitor coverage.
• Provide post‑event and post‑campaign reporting and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with a proactive, flexible approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across Creative, Brand, Graphic Design, Performance Marketing and Social Media teams.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced luxury brand environment.
