Pump Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Pump Service Engineer to work from home, ideally based in York, to service, maintain, repair and install wastewater and clean water pumping equipment across the North of England. The role offers unlimited overtime, specialist training and a clear career progression path.

Key responsibilities

• Service, maintain, repair and install wastewater and clean water pumping systems.
• Perform electrical fault finding and mechanical repairs on pump equipment.
• Cover customer sites across the North of England on a 1‑in‑4 call‑out rota.
• Participate in unlimited overtime opportunities and ongoing specialist training.

Required profile

• Proven experience working on wastewater or water pumping equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North of England.
