About the role
We are looking for a Python Core Developer to join our Middle Office team in London. You will help build a greenfield automated trade reconciliation system for a fast‑growing crypto algorithmic market‑making firm.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a high‑performance reconciliation platform handling up to 100 million transactions per day.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and the CTO on architecture and integration.
- Ensure the Python solution interoperates smoothly with the existing C++ stack.
- Maintain and optimise Linux‑based deployment environments.
Required profile
- 2+ years of professional experience with Python development.
- Proficiency in SQL databases.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
- Interest in financial markets and fintech, with exposure to reconciliation, risk or middle‑office systems considered a plus.
