Python Developer – Hybrid, London

About the role

We are hiring on behalf of a leading UK media brand to join a brand‑new project that powers a high‑traffic consumer platform used by millions each month. As a Python Developer you will work on APIs, web services and internal systems, delivering clean, scalable code in a collaborative, pair‑programming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python‑based APIs using FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Integrate with data‑warehousing solutions such as Snowflake.
• Collaborate with product and design teams through paired programming and regular hack sessions.
• Contribute to code quality, testing and continuous integration pipelines.
• Support the deployment and operation of services on cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience developing Python applications.
• Hands‑on experience with FastAPI or comparable frameworks (Django, Flask).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience working with data‑warehousing platforms, preferably Snowflake.
