Python Software Engineer – Internal Tools (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Python‑focused Software Engineer to join the Internal Tools team of a fast‑growing AI scale‑up. You will help build the systems that support deployment, operation, and scaling of our flagship AI product for energy‑efficient data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering leads on feature design.
• Build and maintain internal tools, services, and automation workflows.
• Develop production‑ready web applications and APIs.
• Work in an Agile environment to estimate and deliver features.
• Support and mentor junior engineers when required.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python development with clean coding practices.
• Experience building and deploying backend web applications.
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• SQL and database design expertise.
• Linux and Bash scripting for automation.
• Git/GitHub version‑control workflows.
• Ability to work in an Agile team and guide junior engineers.
