About the role
Engelhart is seeking a Python Software Engineer to join its Risk, Finance & Compliance technology function. The role offers high autonomy, direct stakeholder exposure, and end‑to‑end ownership of initiatives that support informed decision‑making across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain and enhance in‑house systems and integrations with third‑party platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Risk & Finance teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Provide technical support for internal Python libraries, cloud infrastructure and enterprise data access.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Engelhart’s technology platform and architecture.
Required profile
- Approximately five years of professional experience as a Python software engineer.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of projects.
- Familiarity with risk, finance or trading domains is advantageous.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
