QA Engineer (Automation) – Ho Chi Minh City

About the role

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Automation) to join a fast‑growing B2B SaaS scale‑up in Ho Chi Minh City. The role is hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and offers the chance to shape product quality and influence technical direction as the company expands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated end‑to‑end tests using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define testing strategy across backend (Python/Django) and frontend (TypeScript/React) services.
• Ensure test coverage aligns with the testing pyramid and business priorities.
• Own quality metrics and continuously improve testing processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building automated tests across the stack.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, hybrid environment.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, taking ownership of quality from strategy to implementation.

Required skills

• Playwright or Cypress (E2E testing frameworks).
• Python, Django and pytest.
