QA Engineer

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced QA Engineer to join a small, agile team developing cutting‑edge cyber security SaaS products. You will ensure high quality, reliability and a great user experience through systematic testing and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver testing outputs defined by tickets, stories and release plans.
• Execute system, functional and regression testing across SaaS software products.
• Identify, document and validate defects with clear, accurate reporting.
• Contribute to automated testing and help improve QA processes.
• Collaborate with developers, product, support and stakeholders to raise product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release planning.
• Explore risks and edge cases, challenging assumptions and improving security and user experience.

Required profile

• Experience testing SaaS software products.
• Strong system, functional and regression testing skills.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, analytics and packet tracing.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with automated testing programmes.
• Ability to work across Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Python and/or Bash scripting skills.
• Clear defect reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Organised, systematic and thorough work approach.
• Collaborative, trustworthy and integrity‑driven.
