QA Specialist – London – £45,000

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join a fast‑growing biotech company in London. The role sits within the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs team and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong culture of quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update quality documentation within the electronic QMS (eQMS).
• Coordinate QMS training programmes and keep training records up to date.
• Administer non‑conformance and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
• Support internal and external audits, preparing evidence and addressing findings.
• Assist with health and safety coordination and related compliance activities.

Required profile

• Experience with a QMS aligned to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
• Background supporting quality processes in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of audits, CAPA and document‑control procedures.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Experience in the life‑sciences sector is highly desirable.
