QHSE Officer – ISO Auditor & Compliance (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Officer to join our Integrated Management System (IMS) team in Enfield. The role offers a hybrid working model with travel to various UK and Ireland sites, allowing you to drive quality, health, safety and environmental standards across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, liaising with external accreditation bodies.
• Plan, conduct and report internal audits and site inspections across multiple locations.
• Develop, implement and improve processes within the Integrated Management System.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to define and review supplier quality requirements.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, including COSHH assessments for hazardous substances.
• Support external third‑party audits and ensure alignment with applicable legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards within an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
