About the role

Integrity QHSE is seeking motivated QHSE professionals to join our growing team in Scotland. You will act as the primary QHSE point of contact for one of our valued clients, balancing time between the client site and our Aberdeen or Edinburgh office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the QHSE focal point for assigned client, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments and incident investigations on‑site and in‑office.
• Develop and deliver QHSE training and awareness programmes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve QHSE challenges.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and reporting for regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• NEBOSH certification and ISO Lead Auditor training (IRCA or CQI accredited).
• Broad professional background, not limited to QHSE.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites on a regular basis.
