Qualifications Development Officer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced qualifications professional to support the rollout of a new e‑assessment platform and contribute to ongoing qualification development projects. This fully remote position offers the chance to work on a high‑profile digital transformation within a respected professional membership and awarding body.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of a new e‑assessment platform, coordinating testing, issue tracking and user acceptance activities.
• Gather requirements, contribute to process‑mapping and develop user guidance, training materials and operational documentation.
• Manage project plans, actions, timelines and risk registers to ensure delivery of assessment and qualification initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues, external suppliers and stakeholders to deliver effective assessment processes.
• Contribute to ongoing qualification development projects and enhancement of assessment products and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in qualifications development, examinations and assessment delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work on e‑assessment platform implementations.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
