About the role
We are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join our Plymouth office, delivering hands‑on year‑end accounts, tax returns and a range of general accountancy services for a diverse client portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review year‑end accounts and tax filings for sole traders, partnerships, SMEs and larger corporates.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, expanding your portfolio over time.
- Provide advisory and business services, contributing to wider project work.
- Support the team with general accountancy practice tasks and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
Required profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Experience delivering accounts and tax services within a UK accountancy practice.
- Senior or manager‑level experience, ready for a new challenge and career progression.
Required skills

- Salary between £36,000 and £42,000, dependent on experience.
