About the role

Join Specsavers in Ashford as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) and help customers regain the joy of everyday sounds. You will work within a supportive, family‑like team, providing hearing care before, during and after appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Fit, adjust and maintain hearing aids for patients.
• Provide post‑appointment support and follow‑up care.
• Conduct wax removal and other clinical procedures as required.
• Collaborate with opticians and other store staff to deliver seamless care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HCPC standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser with current HCPC registration.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Motivated team player eager to develop professionally.
