Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser

About the role

As a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser at Specsavers you will help customers regain the joy of hearing by providing expert advice, fitting, and after‑care for hearing aids. You will work within a supportive team in our Warrington store and its sister locations, delivering both private and NHS patient services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customers' hearing needs and recommend suitable hearing aid solutions.
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide post‑appointment support, including follow‑up appointments and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with HCPC standards.
• Travel between multiple store sites as required, using a personal vehicle.

Required profile

• Qualified and HCPC‑registered audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
• Based in or around Manchester, Liverpool, or surrounding areas.
• Strong teamwork orientation and excellent customer‑care attitude.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel to multiple sites.
