About the role
Join Specsavers' Darlington hub as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser. You will provide professional hearing‑aid dispensing, conduct hearing assessments and ensure every customer receives a first‑class experience.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense a range of hearing aids to customers with hearing difficulty.
- Perform audiometric hearing tests and interpret results.
- Advise customers on the most suitable hearing‑aid solutions.
- Offer wax removal services, including microsuction where qualified.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Required profile
- Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) registration.
- Strong attention to detail and a motivated team player.
- Eagerness to develop professionally within a supportive environment.

- Microsuction/wax removal (qualification advantageous)
