About the role

Join Specsavers in Saffron Walden as a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser. You will work part‑time in a dedicated audiology test room, providing professional hearing care and exceptional customer service to clients with hearing difficulties.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hearing assessments using high‑quality equipment.
• Advise customers on the most suitable hearing aids from a competitively priced range.
• Dispense hearing aids and ensure proper fitting and follow‑up.
• Offer wax removal services, including microsuction where qualified.
• Maintain accurate customer records and uphold health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) with relevant certification.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Motivated team player eager to develop professionally.
