Qualified Joiner – Joinery Installations & Repairs

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Joiner to deliver high‑quality joinery installations and repairs across domestic properties in Brighton and the surrounding South East England area. You will work on occupied homes and void properties, providing a reliable service that improves customers’ lives and supports our inclusive communities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out joinery installations and repairs, including doors, kitchens, flooring and internal fittings.
• Work to specifications, reports and agreed standards while protecting customers’ homes and belongings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, schedulers and wider teams to meet deadlines.
• Record work activity and complete required documentation.
• Support apprentices and contribute to team performance and KPIs.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery.
• Proven experience as a Joiner, preferably in social housing or domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based within the BN postcode area.

Required skills

• Joinery installation and repair.
• Use of digital systems (iPad, mobile applications).
