Qualified Lead Electrician – Solar Installations – Kent

About the role

We are seeking a qualified lead electrician to join a fast‑growing renewable energy company operating across Kent and Dartford. The role focuses on solar installations, primarily domestic but with occasional commercial projects, and offers a clear pathway to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations for solar PV systems on residential and commercial sites.
• Lead a team of electricians, ensuring work is completed safely and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule and deliver installations on time.
• Provide on‑site troubleshooting and support during commissioning.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Fully qualified electrician with a valid UK electrical licence.
• Clean UK driver’s licence.
• Experience in solar installations is desirable, but training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
