Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Toddlers Room

About the role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly Toddlers Room team. You will help create engaging learning experiences for young children, build strong relationships with families, and support the delivery of high‑quality early years care in a supportive nursery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age‑appropriate activities that stimulate learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ensure daily practice aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and safeguarding policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the wider staff team to share best practices and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.
• Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
