Qualified Mobile Electrician – Driver Required (SW19)

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is with an award‑winning UK technical production house that specialises in power distribution and integrated technology solutions. The role is mobile, covering commercial and corporate sites across London (SW19) and may involve occasional overnight stays.

Key responsibilities

• Install and terminate electrical systems in commercial environments.
• Fit containment solutions such as trays, baskets, conduit and trunking.
• Carry out 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and installation plans.
• Test, commission and fault‑find electrical installations.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams and engineers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Mentor and support apprentice engineers.
• Travel to customer sites, including occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• ECS Gold Card.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Proven experience in commercial electrical installations.

Required skills

• Electrical system installation and termination.
• Containment system installation (tray, basket, conduit, trunking).
• 1st and 2nd fix electrical work.
• Interpretation of electrical drawings and schematics.
• Testing and fault‑finding of electrical circuits.
