About the role
Staffing Connect is seeking a qualified Nursery Assistant to join nurseries in and around Richmond. The role can be permanent full‑time, part‑time or temporary, supporting children aged three months to five years.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a safe and stimulating environment.
Required profile
- Level 2 and Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Child Care or higher.
- Experience working in a nursery with children from 3 months to 5 years.
- Strong personality with ambition, drive and willingness to learn.
- Thorough understanding of the EYFS, demonstrable at interview.
- Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
