Qualified Paraplanner – Path to Senior Role

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Paraplanner to join our client in Tonbridge. You will conduct detailed suitability research, produce client reports and provide technical support while working towards a senior paraplanning position.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake complex suitability analysis for high‑net‑worth clients approaching or in retirement.
• Prepare clear, compliant client reports and recommendations.
• Support advisers with technical analysis and cash‑flow modelling.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pensions, investments, estate planning and protection products.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA practice.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to becoming a Chartered Paraplanner.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transact, Aberdeen and Quilter investment platforms.
• Experience using cash‑flow modelling software and technical analysis support tools.
