Qualified Paraplanner – Route to Financial Adviser

About the role

We are an independent wealth management firm in North West London seeking a qualified Paraplanner to support three advisers in delivering compliant, tailored financial advice across investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality technical analysis and report‑writing support to advisers.
• Assist in the preparation of investment, pension, protection and retirement plans.
• Ensure advice complies with regulatory standards and firm policies.
• Research and evaluate financial products to inform client recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) in a relevant financial qualification.
• Paraplanning experience within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to quality.
