Qualified Plumber

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Qualified Plumber to join our friendly Mobile Maintenance Team. You will deliver first‑line plumbing maintenance across multiple residential sites in Greater Manchester and the North West, reporting each Monday to our Head Office in Stockport.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings and drainage systems.
• Fit and service fixtures such as sinks, toilets and water heaters.
• Inspect plumbing networks to locate leaks, blockages and other faults.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies and carry out effective repairs.
• Participate in the on‑call rota and attend scheduled meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Proven experience in installing and maintaining plumbing systems.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Willingness to work on an on‑call rota with additional flat‑rate payments.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work independently on site.

Required skills

• Installation and repair of pipes, valves and fittings.
• Drainage system maintenance and blockage removal.
• Fixture installation (sinks, toilets, water heaters).
• Plumbing system inspection and leak detection.
• Emergency plumbing response and repair.
