About the role

This position offers a qualified Residential Conveyancer the chance to join a well‑regarded law firm in Tunbridge Wells. You will manage your own caseload, working on freehold sales and purchases from instruction through to completion, within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Manage freehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion.
• Provide accurate advice on residential property transactions.
• Work closely with dedicated secretarial support and senior colleagues.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and firm procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Conveyancer – Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Proven ability to manage a complete conveyancing caseload autonomously.
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions.
• Efficient work style in a busy environment.
• Team‑oriented and proactive attitude.
