Qualified Residential Conveyancer

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a well‑run regional law firm in Farnham. The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload independently, delivering high‑quality, client‑focused service from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Process transfers of equity and new‑build transactions.
• Maintain clear communication with agents, brokers, lenders and clients throughout each transaction.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and uphold excellent file management practices.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced CILEX professional with conveyancing expertise.
• Significant hands‑on experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to run files confidently and autonomously.
• Strong communicator with a calm, professional approach.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service in a quality‑driven firm.
