About the role

We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our thriving Residential Property team in Liverpool. The role involves delivering high‑quality conveyancing advice to private clients, managing transactions from start to finish, and contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, concise and professional legal advice on residential conveyancing matters.
• Manage property transactions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and firm procedures.
• Communicate proactively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
• Meet deadlines and client expectations while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to support business development and client retention.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential property law.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a varied caseload.
• Energetic, positive and client‑focused attitude.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness of the property market.
• Excellent organisational, case‑management and time‑management capabilities.
