About the role

Join a respected multidisciplinary property and business consultancy operating across Northern England and Southern Scotland. As a Qualified Rural Surveyor (MRICS) you will advise a diverse portfolio of rural estates, farms and landholdings, delivering professional services that support client growth and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage estates, conduct valuations and handle landlord‑tenant matters.
• Lead diversification projects, compensation negotiations and strategic business planning.
• Mentor junior team members and generate new client instructions.
• Act on behalf of clients in the sale and acquisition of rural property.

Required profile

• MRICS accreditation (essential).
• Strong practical agricultural knowledge and passion for rural business.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
• Full clean driving licence.
