About the role
We are seeking a qualified secondary Maths teacher to join a supportive school in Bootle from September. This is a long‑term temporary placement with the potential to become permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable).
- Maintain strong classroom management and effective communication with students.
- Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential in Mathematics.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for motivating students and commitment to a long‑term role starting in September.

- Pay in line with the Main to Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS), inclusive of statutory holiday pay.
