Qualified Teacher (KS3‑5) – Flexible Days in Redbridge

About the role
Prospero Teaching is partnering with schools in East London to provide qualified teachers for flexible, short‑term assignments. You will cover absent staff across KS3, KS4 and KS5, working on the days you are available.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons and maintain classroom management for a variety of subjects.
- Provide timely cover for teachers who are absent.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse behavioural and learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and marking where required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or equivalent.
- PGCE, SCITT or Teach First qualification.
- Reliability, commitment and ability to work flexibly.
- Experience with behavioural management is desirable.
Required skills
- Subject knowledge across KS3‑5 curricula.
- Classroom planning and delivery.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments.
