About the role
We are recruiting enthusiastic and qualified teachers to work across multiple school sites in the United Kingdom. The role involves planning and delivering curriculum‑aligned lessons, supporting pupil progress and contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress using formative and summative methods.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials for diverse abilities and learning styles.
- Manage classroom behaviour while promoting safety and high expectations.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN specialists and other staff.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress and behaviour.
- Participate in school meetings, training, extracurricular activities and professional development.
- Maintain accurate lesson plans, academic records and required documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching certification (e.g., PGCE + QTS, SCITT, Teach First).
- Previous classroom experience in UK schools.
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum and classroom management strategies.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and student welfare.
